Keller-Ferguson & Associates is pleased to be hosting a workshop titled Grant Funding: Making Grant Writing Work for Your Organization on Thursday, September 30 and Friday, October 1 at the Millennium Centre in Johnson City, Tennessee. This will be a comprehensive workshop covering the basic principles of grant funding all the way through tips of the trade for writing a compelling grant proposal.
Topics will include: gauging your organization's grant readiness; establishing an effective grant writing team, whether working in-house or with a consultant; project design; finding funding; proposal development; and post-award considerations. The workshop promises to offer something for everyone, from executive decision-makers and strategic planners to project-level managers tasked with writing proposals.
