Grant Opportunity: ARC Community Energy Plan
The Appalachian Regional Commission has released an RFP for Planning and Implementation of Community-Based Energy Projects. Community Energy Plan Development grants will be awarded up to $20,000 and Energy Project Implementation grants will be awarded up to $55,000. The deadline to apply is August 31, 2010.
