Grant Opportunity: Youth Empowerment Initiative

The Tennessee Departments of Education and Human Services are partnering to create the Youth Empowerment Initiative. Eligible applicants must operate an after-school program funded through LEAPs (Lottery for Education After-school Programs) or the 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program or operate a child-care facility that is currently licensed by either the Department of Education or the Department of Human Services.
